Now we wait to see if 50 Democratic Senators will agree to the push. How will Virginia senators Mark Warner and Jim Webb vote?
How about Robert Byrd, the author of the original reconciliation bill? I've always expected him to be a "no" vote, since the history of the Senate means much to him. But we'll have to see.
