"Majority rules" has replaced reconciliation as the code word for getting health care reform done.
The question is, if Republicans take the House and Senate in November, will Democrats agree that they have the majority and they rule in 2011?
Does 2010 Congressional elections trump the 2008 presidential election? Will President Obama submit to the new majority?
