No one said President Obama couldn't nominate someone to be on the Supreme Court.
Just that Republicans don't want to vote on it.
There is a campaign going on.
Will Obama's choice be the one that Bernie Sanders or Hillary Clinton would make?
Sure, they will probably support Obama.
But is his first choice also their first choice?
If not, should they have a say?
