Cantor knows what he's doing

Illinois had its primary Tuesday, and one district had a battle between Republican incumbents redistricted together.
Blue Virginia noted how foolish it was for Eric Cantor to pick sides, going with the younger Tea Party favorite - Adam Kinzinger.
What would happen if "crusty conservative Manzullo" won over Cantor's endorsement?
