By the light of the silvery phone

While walking the dogs tonight, a car pulled into the neighbor's driveway.
It was a dad picking up another player for sports practice.
There were already two teammates in the car.
How could I tell in the dark?
By the glow of their phones in the car.
As they drove off, the phones were still glowing.
Gotta warm up before practice, I guess.
