Andy Schmookler wants Democrats to rely on the Constitution as a reason for an impeachment inquiry.
Since Trump is a threat to the constitutional order.
But it's a living Constitution according to Democrats.
So the Constitution can handle Trump.
He's just using the pen and phone President Obama gave him.
