The Alliance of American Football begins its inaugural campaign with two games on CBS Saturday at 8 p.m. as San Diego visits San Antonio and Atlanta battles Orlando and its coach Steve Spurrier.
Birmingham, Memphis, Arizona and Salt Lake City round out the league, which will hold its championship in Las Vegas in late April. CBS Sports network and NFL network will have coverage of games for the regular season.
College GameDay returns to Charlottesville Saturday, prior to the Cavaliers' game with Duke at 6 p.m. on ESPN.
Saint Louis faces Saint Joseph's on ESPN2 Friday at 7 p.m. and Georgia State tangles with Louisiana at 9 p.m.
Kentucky takes on Mississippi State Saturday at 1 p.m. on CBS, with Ohio State facing Indiana Sunday at 1 p.m.
Michigan meets Wisconsin on Fox Saturday at noon, then Villanova visits Marquette and Utah faces UCLA at 5 p.m.
Miami battles North Carolina Saturday at noon on NBC 29 and the Raycom affiliates. North Carolina State takes on Pitt at 2 p.m. along with Boston College-Syracuse.
ESPN's Saturday schedule starts at noon with Oklahoma State-Kansas. Michigan meets Minnesota at 2 p.m. and top-ranked Tennessee takes on Florida at 4 p.m., with Washington against Arizona State at 10 p.m.
Virginia Tech clashes with Clemson on ESPN2 at noon Saturday. It's Auburn against LSU at 2 p.m., with Louisville-Florida State at 4 p.m. and Baylor battling Kansas State at 6 p.m. Texas takes on West Virginia at 8 p.m. and St. Mary's meets Gonzaga at 10 p.m.
DePaul takes on Xavier Saturday at 8 p.m. on FoxSports1.
Richmond hosts George Washington Saturday at 6 p.m. on MASN.
Butler battles Georgetown on MASN2 Saturday at noon.
Cincinnati clashes with Houston Sunday at 4 p.m. on ESPN and ESPN2 has Stanford-Oregon Sunday at 8 p.m.
In women's hoops, ESPN has Notre Dame-Florida State at noon and Tenneseee against Mississippi State at 2 p.m.
Houston takes on South Florida Sunday at 2 p.m. on ESPN2 before Oregon meets Stanford.
MASN2 has a pair of Big East contests Sunday, with St. John's against Providence at 1 p.m. followed by Villanova-Marquette.
Virginia Tech hosts Louisville at noon Sunday on NBC Sports Washington, and Delaware and Drexel duel at 5 p.m.
ESPN has Nuggets-76ers Friday at 7 p.m. with Timberwolves against the Pelicans in the nightcap.
The Wizards clash with the Cavaliers on NBC Sports Washington Friday at 7 p.m.
ABC has the Thunder against the Rockets Saturday at 8:30 p.m. and the Lakers' visit to Philadelphia Sunday at 3:30 p.m.
Gearing up for the Daytona 500, Fox has qualifying for the race Sunday at noon. The Clash will be on FoxSports1 at 3 p.m.
NBC has the Predators against the Blues Sunday at 12:30 p.m. while Toronto takes on the Rangers on NBC Sports network Sunday at 7 p.m.
CBS has the Pebble Beach Pro-Am Saturday and Sunday at 3 p.m.
Fulham faces Manchester United on NBC Sports network Saturday at 7:25 a.m., followed by Liverpool-Bournemouth and Burnley battles Brighton & Hove Albion at 12:25 p.m.
Tottenham Hotspur takes on Leicester City Sunday at 8:25 a.m. before Manchester City meets Chelsea.
In the Bundesliga, Werder Bremen battles Augsburg Sunday at 9:30 a.m. on FoxSports1 and Dusseldorf meets Stuttgart at noon.
Sassuolo takes on Juventus in Italian Serie A Sunday at 11:55 a.m. on ESPN2.
