Weekend watchdog

Two weeks ago, the NFL announced the preseason schedule.
Last week, the regular season schedule came out.
This weekend, you'll find out some of the players you'll be cheering on your team this season.
ESPN and NFL network continue the NFL draft - visiting Philadelphia this year - Friday at 7 p.m. The action moves to ESPN2 at 8 p.m. ESPN has the final four rounds starting at noon Saturday.
Then on Sunday, Mel Kiper Jr. can rest.
The NBA closes out its first round playoff series this weekend.The Wizards try to win their series Friday at 7:30 p.m. on Comcast, then ESPN shows Celtics-Bulls at 8 p.m. with Clippers against Jazz in the nightcap.
Sunday's games depend on Friday's results, featuring either Game 7 or a conference semifinal starting.
It's time for the conference semifinals in the NHL playoff chase. The Western Conference has its second game of the series Friday, with the Predators visiting the Blues at 8 p.m. followed by Oilers-Ducks.
NBC has the Senators against Rangers Saturday at 3 p.m., with the Capitals hosting the Penguins at 8 p.m. The Predators face the Blues Sunday at 3 p.m. on NBC, then it's Game 3 between the Ducks and Oilers at 7 p.m. on NBC Sports network.
The Orioles tangle with the Yankees on MASN, with games Friday night then Saturday and Sunday at 1 p.m. The Nationals host the Mets on MASN2 for the weekend.
The Cubs visit Fenway Park Saturday at 4 p.m. on FoxSports1 and Sunday night on ESPN. FoxSports1 also has Angels-Rangers Saturday at 7:15 p.m.
On the college diamond, TCU takes on Texas Tech Sunday at 3 p.m. on ESPN2.
The PGA tour heads to New Orleans Saturday and Sunday at 3 p.m. on CBS.
Richmond hosts NASCAR this weekend, with the Monster Series on Fox Sunday at 2 p.m. after the Xfinity race Saturday at 1 p.m. on FoxSports1.
NBC Sports network has the Russian Grand Prix Sunday at 7:30 a.m. There's practice Friday at 8 a.m.
The IndyCar circuit visit Phoenix Saturday at 9:30 p.m. on NBC Sports network.
NBC Sports network offers Hull City battling Southampton Saturday at 9:55 a.m. and Arsenal meets Tottenham Hotspur Sunday at 11:25 a.m.
D.C. United takes on Atlanta Sunday at 3 p.m. on FoxSports1.
Comcast has the ACC women's lacrosse tournament championship Sunday at 1 p.m.
The Penn Relays are on NBC Sports network Friday at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday at 12:30 p.m. The Drake Relays follow Saturday at 3 p.m.
It's rugby on NBC Sports network Sunday at 2:30 p.m. with Bath meeting Gloucester.
Missouri meets LSU in college softball on ESPN Sunday at 3 p.m. Top-ranked Florida takes on Tennessee on ESPN2 at 1 p.m. Sunday.
