Spend, spend, the world's going to end

I guess the administration believes the guy who says the world will end Saturday.
Let's start spending the money set aside for federal pensions. Sure, we'll pay it back in the future.
You can continue to spend if the world's gonna end.
If not, the end of the world could be a best-case scenario.
