Lesson not learned

The past few springs, we've seen a spike in gasoline prices. While Congress looks for price fixing, the reason for the increase is usually oil refineries trying to produce different gasoline mixtures to meet state demands. And usually California has the highest prices.

Yesterday, the Obama administration said they would look at letting California set its own stricter fuel efficiency standards. Higher prices, anyone?
