Weekend watchdog

In Orlando, Mobile and San Jose, the best will come to play this weekend.
The NFL holds its Pro Bowl Sunday at 3 p.m. in Orlando on ESPN and ABC. While the Patriots and Rams miss out to get ready for Super Bowl LIII, other stars have one last chance to shine this weekend.
Players looking to join the NFL will gather in Mobile for the Senior Bowl. NFL network has coverage Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
The best ice hockey players meet in San Jose Saturday at 8 p.m. for the NHL All-Star game. NBC has the coverage, while NBC Sports network has the NHL skills competition Friday at 9:30 p.m.
Detroit hosts the United States Figure Skating championships this weekend. NBC offers ladies free skate Friday at 8 p.m., the pairs free skate Saturday at 1:30 p.m. and men's free skate Sunday at 3:30 p.m. There's the rhythm dance program is Friday at 4 p.m. and free dance Saturday at 7 p.m.
The Australian Open crowns its men's champion Sunday at 3:30 a.m. and women's champion Saturday at 3:30 a.m.
The Raptors tangle with the Rockets Friday at 8 p.m. on ESPN and Bucks take on the Thunder Sunday at 6 p.m.
ABC has the Warriors' trip to Boston Saturday at 8:30 p.m.
The Wizards visit Orlando Friday at 7:30 p.m. on NBC Sports Washington and meet the Spurs Sunday at 7 p.m.
The Go-Gos take on the Grand Rapids Drive Sunday at 3 p.m. on NBC Sports Washington.
Indiana hosts Michigan on FoxSports1 Friday at 6:30 p.m. and Butler battles Creighton at 8:30 p.m.
Virginia visits Notre Dame Saturday at 1 p.m. on CBS, with Michigan State-Purdue Sunday at 1 p.m.
ESPN has five games Saturday, starting at noon with Iowa State-Mississippi. Kansas State takes on Texas A&M at 2 p.m. and West Virginia tangles with Tennessee at 4 p.m. It's Kansas-Kentucky at 6 p.m. before Virginia Tech hosts Syracuse.
Florida faces TCU at noon on ESPN2 before Texas-Georgia. Oklahoma battles Vanderbilt at 4 p.m., then it's Arkansas-Texas Tech and Arizona State against USC. Arizona meets UCLA in the nightcap at 10 p.m.
Ohio State meets Nebraska on FoxSports1 Saturday at noon, then Marquette takes on Xavier. Colorado clashes with Stanford at 8 p.m.
NBC Sports Washington offers Drexel-Delaware at 2 p.m. Saturday,  moving to the ACC for Boston College against Wake Forest at 4 p.m. before St. Bonaventure tangles with Richmond at 6 p.m.
Georgetown takes on St. John's on Fox Sunday at noon, then Seton Hall meets Villanova at 2:30 p.m.
FoxSports1 offers DePaul-Providence at noon, with Iowa's contest with Minnesota at 5 p.m.
In women's hoops, Connecticut clashes with Central Florida on ESPN2 Sunday at 4 p.m.
Florida's University School faces Sunrise Christian in high school basketball Friday at 8 p.m. on ESPN2.
CBS has the Farmers Insurance Open Saturday and Sunday at 3 p.m.
The United States soccer team meets Panama Sunday at 8 p.m. on ESPN2.
In the Bundesliga, Dortmund battles Hannover Saturday at 9:30 a.m. on FoxSports1. It's Bayern Munich against Stuttgart Sunday at 9:30 a.m.
It's X-Games weekend on ESPN, continuing Friday at 10:35 p.m., then Saturday at 1 p.m. on ABC and 10 p.m. on ESPN. ESPN2 gets coverage Sunday at 2 p.m. before ESPN closes the action Sunday at 8:30 p.m.
