The Congressional Baseball Game Thursday will be getting much more coverage than usual.
It has an interesting history, especially since Washington didn't have a team from 1972-2004.
They played in Baltimore for a few years, and Bowie for 10 starting in 1995. Even Alexandria's Four Mile Run park, where I saw my first minor league game in 1981.
The Republicans won last year, after winning eight straight while George W. Bush was president.
We'll see if President Trump is good luck for the Republicans this year.
