While the Senate hearings for Neil Gorsuch get going this week, Blue Virginia dwells in the past - claims of Republicans stealing the seat.
The column starts with the usual rants about President Trump, but wants to tar all Republicans with his disgust of Trump.
The Supreme Court battle of last year provides the best way to do that.
But the battle was lost.
Because people didn't care.
If they did care, they would have elected Hillary Clinton to punish Republicans for their treatment of Merrick Garland.
They didn't.
Democrats can keep complaining, but it's all they have now.
