Friends of gun control try to make "well-regulated militia" from the second amendment into only a state function.
Why can't the NRA be considered an independent "well-regulated militia."
Doesn't the state need all the help it can get?
They join together across state lines for the nation's welfare, but most gatherings are local.
They emphasize gun safety and NRA rules.
They aren't the people doing the shooting and killing at these recent attacks.
They want to protect themselves and their families.
The job of a well-regulated militia.
