"We like and respect Terry, and she has done many things well," (rector Helen E.) Dragas told
the university's vice presidents and deans Sunday.
But she said the university faces financial pressures, hard decisions on
resource allocation and a higher education environment "on the brink of a
transformation now that online delivery has been legitimized by some of the
elite institutions."
