Weekend watchdog

For years, the NASCAR season has ended at Miami Homestead. This weekend closes that era.
NBC has the Monster Series finale Sunday at 3 p.m., with the final four of Denny Hamlin, Kevin Harvick, Martin Truex Jr. and Kyle Busch. The quartet has combined to win 21 of the 35 races this season.
Phoenix takes over as the year's final race in 2020. Last weekend, Hamlin took the checkered flag there to advance to this week's Final Four. The driver among the four who finishes this race with the most points will be crowned series champion for 2019.
The Xfinity Series concludes Saturday at 3:30 p.m. on NBC Sports network, with the final Truck Series race on FoxSports1 Friday at 8 p.m.
In a battle of division leaders, the Ravens host the Texans on CBS Sunday at 1 p.m. before the Patriots tangle with the Eagles. Fox has Jets-Redskins at 1 p.m.
NBC has Bears-Rams Sunday night and the Chiefs take on the Chargers on ESPN Monday night.
The college football weekend continues Friday as Fresno State faces San Diego State at 9 p.m. on ESPN2.
Virginia Tech visits Georgia Tech on NBC Sports Washington Saturday at 3:30 p.m.
Notre Dame takes on Navy at 2:30 p.m on NBC.
There's an SEC doubleheader on CBS, with Florida facing Missouri at noon before Auburn tangles with Georgia.
Penn State hosts Indiana on ABC at noon, followed by Clemson's contest with Wake Forest. Baylor battles Oklahoma in primetime.
Michigan meets Michigan State on Fox at noon and there's a Big Ten west matchup between Iowa and Minnesota at 4 p.m. It's UCLA-Utah at 8 p.m.
ESPN starts its day at noon with Alabama-Mississippi State. West Virginia visits Kansas State at 3:30 p.m. and LSU meets Mississippi at 7 p.m. Oregon hosts Arizona in the nightcap at 10:30 p.m.
Texas Tech takes on TCU at noon on ESPN2, with Memphis against Houston at 3:30 p.m. Colorado State clashes with Air Force at 7 p.m. and Boise State battles New Mexico at 10:15 p.m.
Kansas clashes with Oklahoma State on FoxSports1 at noon. It's Texas-Iowa State at 3:30 p.m. then it's out west for Arizona State against Oregon State at 7:30 p.m. and California's contest with USC at 11 p.m.
Duke hosts Syracuse on ACC network at 4 p.m. and Louisville meets North Carolina State at 7:30 p.m.
It's Richmond-James Madison on MASN at 3:30 p.m.
Saskatchewan hosts Winnipeg in the CFL Western Conference final Sunday at 4:30 p.m. on ESPN2.
It's Wizards-Timberwolves on NBC Sports Washington-plus Friday at 8 p.m. The Wizards and Magic tangle on NBC Sports Washington Sunday at 6 p.m.
The Jazz visit the Grizzlies on ESPN Friday at 8:15 p.m., with Celtics and Warriors meeting in the nightcap.
On the college court, Missouri State meets Xavier on MASN2 Friday at 7 p.m. while Alabama visits Rhode Island on NBC Sports network at 7:30 p.m.
MASN2 has Cornell's contest with DePaul Saturday at 1 p.m. and Richmond meets James Madison at 7 p.m. on MASN.
 VCU takes on Jacksonville State Sunday at noon on MASN with Richmond against Cal State-Northridge at 4 p.m.
Marquette meets Wisconsin on FoxSports1 Sunday at 1 p.m. and. Georgia State faces Georgetown at 7:30 p.m.
ESPN has Florida's contest with Connecticut Sunday at 3 p.m.
The Capitals clash with the Canadiens Friday at 7 p.m. on NBC Sports Washington before heading to Boston Saturday at 7 p.m.
Formula One has its Brazilian Grand Prix Sunday at 12:05 p.m. on ESPN2.
Iceland tangles with Turkey in European qualifiers Thursday at 11:50 a.m. on ESPN2.
The United States takes on Canada in the Nations Cup Friday at 7 p.m. on ESPN2.
Either Louisville City or Real Monarchs SLC will claim the USL championship on ESPN2 Sunday at 7:30 p.m.
There's European Champions Cup rugby on NBC Sports network Sunday at 10 a.m.
