Weekend watchdog

The Xfinity Series opener is Saturday at 2:30 p.m. and the Truck Series kicks off its season on FoxSports1 Friday at 7:30 p.m.
Olympics coverage continues on NBC in primtime Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 8 p.m.
NBC Sports network has live action Friday at 7:10 a.m. with men's ice hockey. Canada faces the Czech Republic at 10:20 p.m.
Action continues Saturday night with men's freestyle skiing and ice hockey between Germany and Norway at 10:20 p.m. There's ice hockey and bobsled racing Sunday at 7:10 a.m., and figure skating Sunday at 7 p.m.
It's NBA All-Star weekend, with the best gathering Sunday at 8:20 p.m. on TNT.
 ESPN brings the All-Star Celebrity Game Friday at 7 p.m., with the rising stars meeting Friday at 9 p.m. on TNT. The slam dunk and other skills competitions go Saturday at 8 p.m.
Rhode Island faces St. Bonaventure Friday at 7 p.m. on ESPN2 and Georgia State goes against Georgia Southern at 9 p.m.
Syracuse meets Miami Saturday at noon on CBS, followed by Alabama-Kentucky.
Butler battles Providence on Fox Saturday at noon and Michigan States meets Northwestern at 2 p.m. It's a top-five battle between Villanova and Xavier at 4:30 p.m.
ESPN starts its day at noon with Texas-Oklahoma. Indiana battles Iowa at 2 p.m. and Arkansas takes on Texas A&M at 4 p.m. The GameDay crew catches Kansas against West Virginia at 6:15 p.m., followed by North Carolina-Louisville and Oregon's contest with UCLA in the nightcap.
Virginia Tech tangles with Georgia Tech on ESPN2 Saturday at noon. It's off to the SEC at 2 p.m. as Missouri meets LSU and Florida faces Vanderbilt at 4 p.m. Northern Iowa battles Illinois State at 6 p.m., with Oklahoma State taking on TCU at 8 p.m. and Utah meeting Washington State at 10 p.m.
The ACC network offers Boston College-Notre Dame Saturday at 4 p.m. along with Wake Forest against North Carolina State.
Winston Salem State takes on Fayetteville State Saturday at 4 p.m. on NBC Sports Washington.
Oregon State visits Southern Cal Saturday at 11 p.m. on FoxSports1.
Ohio State tangles with Michigan Sunday at 1 p.m. on CBS while FoxSports1 brings Seton Hall-DePaul at 1 p.m.
ESPN has Wichita State's clash with Connecticut Sunday at 4 p.m.
Duke travels to Clemson Sunday at 1 p.m. on the ACC network.
There's three women's games on ESPN2 Sunday. Purdue takes on Ohio State at 1 p.m., followed by Tulane-Memphis and Texas A&M meeting Mississippi State.
The Capitals visit the Blackhawks Saturday at 8:30 p.m. on NBC Sports Washington.
Columbus clashes with the Flyers Friday at 7 p.m. on NBC Sports Washington, with the Stars taking on the Sharks Sunday at 8 p.m.
The Flyers face the Rangers on NBC Sunday at noon.
NBC brings three contests from the Premier League Saturday, starting at 7:30 a.m. with Leicester City against Stoke City. Liverpool faces West Ham United at 10 a.m. and Everton battles Watford at 12:30 p.m.
The U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championships will be on NBC Sports network Saturday at 5:30 p.m. and Sunday at 5 p.m.
ESPN has the Pro Bowlers' 60th anniversary classic Sunday at 1 p.m.
