Where can you move at this late date?

The ACC has decided to move its football championship game out of Charlotte.
The game is scheduled for Dec. 3.
Where can you move a big game like this less than three months before kickoff?
It's won't bother the transgender fans - none of them were going to the game anyway.
The ACC didn't use it's A game in this decision.
