Democrats have a quandary.
They received all this money raised by Harvey Weinstein over the past 25 years or more.
Especially Hillary Clinton.
What should be done with this dirty money?
It's obvious.
Give it to the health insurance companies.
There's nothing in Obamacare that says individuals can't give to them.
But if Congress doesn't authorize, no one else in the government can dispense.
They would help more people than shuffling the money off to other Democrats, right?
