Thanks to Don Surber, I found a fine whine in Time. Michael Kinsley wonders how many blogs does the world need. Don says his is the only one you need. Can't argue with that logic.
Easy to argue with Kinsley's. More blogs means more work for reporters. Instead of doing an article a day, there's constant demand to update the latest info you know. And to keep up with what everybody is saying. Oh, boo hoo.
Getting paid to put your spin on the conventional wisdom isn't that hard. That's why so many people are doing it for free or little money.
