It's tough going back to work after a three-day weekend. But not as tough as some I've seen.
How about the school teachers in Maryland, dealing with 90-degree temperatures in rooms without air conditioning?
Or the returns desk at my local Wal-Mart. While I was returning an item Tuesday, work crews were using a jackhammer - too close by. The lady behind the counter asked me a question and I couldn't hear her.
At least I got to go home. And work in my quiet home office, making calls and typing away.
