What happens when the well runs dry

Mark Steyn has been debating whether Obamacare can be repealed. He's doubtful, from the experience of Brits and Canadians liking being given stuff when government takes the job.
But the Brits had a growing pie to dish out and keep everyone happy, starting their health care giveaway as the Baby Boom got started.
We're doing the health care entitlement boom as the Baby Boom wants their money now. From social security to Medicare, we've left IOUs in place of cash in the vault. When you get to the front of the line and all that's left is an IOU, where's the enticement.
Instead of happy and fat, you're mad. And there's one party to be mad at - Democrats.
