About this time on Dec. 18, snow started to fall. The backyard has some areas where sunshine has melted the 24 inches of snow, but plenty still remains.
And we're waiting for the next round of snow and a weekend of very cold temperatures.
But I'm not ready to lead Fishersville's bid to host the NHL's Winter Classic next January. Yet.
