The battle for health care reform is getting heated, with a vote possibly looming Saturday.
Both sides say call the representatives to let them know your opinion.
Good, but remember to be nice. Those answering the phones aren't the ones making the decision. Big bills mean bigger workdays for them.
I was at a medical office yesterday, and easily overheard an unhappy patient blasting the poor staffer for all of her problems. It wasn't the staffer's fault, just part of bureaucracy. But the staffer got blasted.
Now, if Nancy Pelosi answers the phone, let her rip. Maybe she should work the front desk at a medical practice to see what the world is really like. Perhaps her vote would change.
