Blue Commonwealth does a nice job discussing good things government has done with Medicare, Medicaid and the VA.
So what's the problem with public option for the future?
How about - the Baby Boom generation? The first of them entered the workforce when Medicare started in 1965. The first of them is eligible for full Medicare in two years.
Those protesting current health care reform are looking to the future - how are we going to pay for all this?
Thanks for explaining what you think worked in the past. Doesn't mean it's going to work as well in the future. Which helps explain the anxiety out there.
