Inside baseball advice

Karl Rove's latest column looks at the obscure but important part of the President's life - what other people work in the West Wing. He said his old office will now hold four people, and it's reported that Obama's West Wing will have at least double the 60 people who worked there under George W. Bush.
Rove is skeptical how well the White House will work. Will Obama's policy cxars streamline the operation or just add an unnecessary level? Which side will leak to the press first? Usually it's the losing side of policy fights that leaks.
We'll see how the Obama White House fares on the sliding Bush-Bill Clinton scale of efficiency.
