As people try to get their minds around Newt Gingrich's latest surge, why not look back to 2004?
Remember Howard Dean?
The first choice of those so upset with the first term of the president.
The true believer.
And the party went with the boring guy from Massachusetts.
Gingrich will last longer than Dean, but he taps the same vein of anger in the out-of-power party.
Will Republicans go with the boring guy from Massachusetts, instead of the guy who shares their disdain for the current leadership?
Wonder how well Gingrich can do a "Dean scream?'
