Rasmussen Reports has a new poll on the Florida race for U.S. Senate, with Governor Charlie Crist holding a four-point lead over Marco Rubio.
The Republican who was beating him so badly that Crist left the primary race.
Bob McDonnell has been where Rubio is. Creigh Deeds held a six-point lead in the gubernatorial polls right after the Democratic primary. When his publicity was at its highest, like Crist is enjoying right now.
At least Deeds still has a job. Crist will be available the first Wednesday in November - if not earlier.
