It's the sixth snow day in Augusta County. So instead of being off on President's Day, the kids will be in school - according to the schedule.
Some other school districts have missed more than Augusta - Mercer County, W.Va. has lost 12 days to snow.
How do we make sure our kids get the needed amount of academic time? Remove all the lesson plans and talking about global warming, and it should work out.
