I wouldn't go getting overconfident yet, but it seems possible that there could be such a raging backlash that the Democratic party winds up demolished, instead of its opponents.
I'm thinking she may be enjoying some schadenfreude, knowing that BHO is going to get all the blame.
More cynically still, one wonders if she didn't foresee the debacle and artfully hand it off to his overconfident self.
