To the moon

Dustbury has a good idea for Newt Gingrich's moon base.
Here’s my own stimulus program:

1. Build, as Newt Gingrich suggests, a base on the moon.
2. Move the Federal government to this base.
3. Activate the self-destruct mechanism on the vessel, making a return trip impossible.

Prospects should improve literally within days.
