Still looking for money

I got a surprised email today - Bill Clinton is helping retire Hillary's campaign debt.
From 2008.
Still.
Will they still be trying to retire her debt in 2012? 2016?
Surely it should be done by now.

    The Klinton's need to settle the debt they owe the people they ripped off in Ark years ago, or go to jail for their crimes.
